Teaspoon directly to mouth

Quick question guys, if you are taking Creatine or Glutamine, is it alright to take a teaspoon of the supplement and directly put it in your mouth, immedietly after wash it down with some water... is this an alright practice?! please some feadback

I've done that a few times. I think the only danger is if you accidently inhale and choke. Just be careful. Otherwise ok if you drink enough water.My quote explains my reasons.:big_smile:

Many prefer doing it this way. Many think the most effective method is to scoop the creatine directly into your mouth and then swallow it with water. Do NOT let the creatine sit in water, it will turn into creatinine, which renders it useless. As you may know, creatine breaks down very rapidly in a fluid to a waste product. It is a practice of many bodybuilders to just spoon it directly into your mouth.

YES !! Thats what i wanted to hear! i have been doing it like that for awhile now but i wasnt sure... excellent, thanks guys, you never disapoint me :big_smile:
