I'm new to this business, just signed up, but I'm curious about what I should do to meet my nutritional needs. I don't really have a lot of time in the morning, getting ready for school and whatnot. I generally have a bowl of whatever cereal is lying around. I heard about that Total Protein...maybe I'll give that a shot.

What exactly should I focus on? My problem is that I don't like that many vegetables. Fruits are alright...but I really can't tolerate many vegetables - cooked, anyway. Cold, I can eat them, but only certain ones and always with dressing of some sort. Meat isn't a problem; I'm a carnivore at heart.

I know I'm not getting the right amount of...something. I'm alway tired, never alert, etc., and I figure that's because I never eat well. My breakfast is mentioned above, I don't eat lunch at school, and when I come home I eat whatever is lying around - I'll try to curb that habit just as soon as I find something to replace the junk food. Dinner is generally a balanced meal...some sort of meat, a starch - I really, really like starch...I'm a bread and noodle guy - and a vegetable, normally. I guess I'll have to give up my Ramen...

Any thoughts? Ideas? Should I look at vitamin supplements?
