im 15 and im trying to lose some wieght,im 5'8 170 i need to lose wieght, i have been lifting for a couple weeks with minumal gains. Is it possible to gain muscle while not eating alot? I would like to gain muscle too should i forget losing wieght and try to build muscle?I need some help as you can see
There are post on this subject. You can do a search. You will probably want to lose weight first and then concentrate on muscle gain. Make sure your diet is in check and sign up for a progam here.
