My speech teacher brought in a chocolate cake topped with oreos today for the whole class...as tempting as it looked I stuck with my nonfat yogurt...I'm so glad I didn't give in...

yes i too do my endulgence on the weekends, i try to at least only once a week. but if i have to satisfy a little craving i do on the weekend.
