I'm a very tense person. I get back and neck aches all the time. I'm also very ticklish....so when I try to go to a massage therapist they make it more tense for me because I squirm and tense up every time they touch my back. My neck is fine though. Any tips on how I can relax???
Also any tips on how I can stop being tense all the time during the day? I usually take alot of muscle relaxing pills, but they dont really help me out much, and someone told me once they could be bad for you if you kept taking them..?

you need to find yourself a man that'll hold you and relax those muscles for you =P

Forget the man; modern-day relationship conundrums indicate that the fights you'll have over the very money you could have spent on "systematic desensitization," to overcome your ticklishness will double your stress and offer no relief. :surprised:

Stretching helps a lot. You can also take up pilates or yoga.
