...well, big everything actually.
I'm a 29 yr old accountant, who ironically, never held herself accountable for anything when it came to weight loss. I was an athletic kid, played soccer, tennis, swam in the swim team and in high school and college did a little weight lifting and used to do 1k sit ups every night. Now I struggle doing 50 situps, and the only active thing I do is walk 2 blocks in the evening. I've always been heavy to the point of morbid. I'm terrified to take this step for change but I HAVE to do this for myself, even if its the only thing I do for myself. I acknowledge I'm putting myself at the mercy of the internet trolls, but I gotta start somewhere.
I've only started walking in the evenings last month so even that's recent. I live in an appartment on the 4th floor and when I'm feeling brave I've been taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Tonight I'm going to the gym against my personal choice... I may not want this, but I need it. I will be posting my pictures later tonight.
-------------- The path to change starts with one step. Just one. Degree of change happens when you keep going.
