Hey people,
i just wanna ask all of you who have been working out on a regular basis about ATTITUDE CHANGE?! Recently ive been lifting a lot of weights, but everyday i feel more irritated and angry at things which i never use to get angry at! is this normal?! or is it due to the testosterone build up! i really am going on the verge of kicking some ass - whats wrong with me?!

Don't mean to sound harsh, but I would venture to guess you have other issues.:dumbbell::big_smile:

well in all honesty im a person who usually surpresses my purgation, so im not sure if its due to lifting weights, hormones, or me just trying to deal accordingly with the current situations which im being faced with on a daily basis - or is it a combonation of these things!?

The only attitude change that I've ever experienced from working out is greater self-esteem/confidence.

lifting doesn't make me angry, but sitting in my office reading posts and thinking about lifting can get my pumped up. as an experiment i even tried tribulus for a while (herbal Test booster) and i didn't get angry. maybe you just don't know what to do with all the extra pent up energy you have from working out. look into a heavy punching bag and stay away from the celine dion albums (they might push you over the edge!)

Lifting and cardio will only make one feel better and not make one have a bad attitude. Probably something bothering you at the gym or place where you work out.

Have you recently changed your diet or your vitamin intake??
I used to get irrritated a lot and then I discovered it was because I switched my multi-vitamin, it contained too many stimulants...
