what kind of results are generally expected from this? what are some good supplements to take while on it.

You have no profile, and it would be interesting to see where you are in lifting experience. Sust is a form of test, and normal doseage ranges around 500 mg.....250 twice per week. Is a decent first cycle. I do not believe anyone without years of experience, and a bit older should do this. Most teens and twenty somethings have plenty of test, and it can have some nasty sides. This is where roid rage you hear of comes in, etc. Anyway, you will not need any supps with it. I would save them for during PCT.
