I wanted to write a quick post thanking everyone one here. I have learned so much in the last 2 weeks and just by eating 'natural' foods I feel better already. I have started to do the home work out and I do cardio about 3 times a week as well. Although I am not doing everything the way I should be, I am slowly getting there.

After 12 days I have lost about 10 pounds...give or take that one or two that floats back and forth. I have more energy and believe it or not, my whole mood and outlook on everything has changed. I feel confident that I can do this.

So I want to thank Asimmer, bb1fit, menace3000, charlie826 and so many others for all their informative posts. Fit buddy works great for answering just about every single question I have had so far.....

So again, thank you FT (and please don't get upset if I didn't name you, those were just the names I could think of right now)

P.S. Asimmer, you are the biggest inspiration to me right now...:)
