everyone is so supportive of one another, i've really enjoyed going through all the posts. i, myself, have joined because i need some structure. i'm going to the gym 4 times a week, but on random days. i do cardio for 1hr twice a week and upper body one day and lower body another. i'm not keeping track of the wieghts, reps and sets like i should. i feel the logs provided here will be a big help. i also like that after filling out my info. i have a whole workout program layed out for me!
i eat fairly well (no carbonation, no chocolate, no caffiene, no candy, and nothing fried) but i still feel i could cut back on the quantity of what i DO eat. I'm 5'6" and 135 lbs. I hover between 130-135lbs. I'd like to be hovering around 120-125lbs. These last few lbs. are a killer, but I can do it. I'm glad I've got y'all on my side. Thanks kids!
