I just wanted to say thanks to all u guys on these forums who helped me and the others answer all the questions and concerns we have had! I dont post much but I read the topics almost everyday and you guys give ALOT of helpful info! I'm at the end of my 6th week in my program and have 2 more to go. Im very pleased with my results so far, the routines are very evctive. I've gained about 7 pounds and have gained a very noticeable increase in strength as well. Im up 20 pounds on my bench from 135 to 155. Every muscle that I was lacking are being to grow and show its awesome! My energy is way up, because instead of eating all that junk food and drinking sodas, I've been using the bb1fit's "Grocer list for a bodybuilder" I suggested checking it out if you haven't already. extra thanks goto you bb1fit, thanks taking the time for answering nearly everyone's questions on this site! keep it up!
well I just wanted to say thanks, and let you all know that these programs due work and these guy's know what their talking about!

I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
