Up until this summer I have been working out like crazy (overtraining) but not eating anything like I should be eating. Since regularly reading this web site, I have changed my program and diet. This past week I decided to see what I could do and benched 360 pounds and squatted 675 pounds. I also have a new found love for cottage cheese! Thanks guys.
