I just wanted to thank this website for being here. I'd hate to tell you how long I'v been searching the web, posting questions on forums, looking through magazines etc. etc. I just completed my Personal training and received **exactly** what I was looking for - specific what to do, when, how many exercises etc.
I'm sure (and hope) eventually I'll know enough about strength training to figure things out for myself, but as a rank beginner to weights did not have a clue!!

Welcome Pam! Golf season is almost apon us! This site is amazing, you've found the right place. Weights are addictive, and you will learn, in the mean time, ask any question you want.
