I am now on a 2,000 Kal a day diet and i am takeing cell-tech i think it is doing me a lot of good i am down to 25.5% BF Thanks for the Advice...

Good to hear your success. If folks do as I preach, and you did, get your diet in order, you cannot help but progress in the manner you want, whether trying to gain or lose. It is the basis of all we try to do, and it is inno way a "diet". It is jsut eating good and right for your calorie needs. Glad to be of help.
