I am a serious athlete and compete in running but for a year now i have been struggling to lose the layer of fat on my legs that my coach says only ways me down. my diet is broken down to the last gram and consumption is always timed out religiously, though it will not come off of the legs. What supplements might help me here without going down the road of hormones, or anything that will get me DQ'd. I'd also like to avoid something that relies solely on caffeine but if i must it's no big deal. Any help would mean a lot to me. Thank you.
