Hi,
I've been doing their 8 week plan that they have given me (on this site). Now i just wanted to know has anyone propperly done this and got results? Coz i'm not sure yet because when I do it, I feel tired and the burn but not as much as before. Like before, I would do 21's, and here the reps are like 20,16,14,12......But they r pros so should this work. I am already 2 weeks in the program and it's quite nice and spaced out.

Thanks

Well, as far as I see it- as long as you keep your diet correct with their workout, you should be satisfied. Also, a little creatine never hurts. ;-) I use CEE and it works wonders. :-D

i wudn't bother about creatine for atleast 2 more months.. or atleast till i get my form right...

zak786 follow the program.. it does wonders (atleast has done for me)... if u r not feeling the burn.. increase the intensity.. increase the weight... reduce the rest time in between sets...

So no matter wot after 8 weeks I shld see some results..and nice big veins (If i'm lucky) But i have spotted some veins in my arm that pop out that wouldn't before. And about the creatine..I dnt want any supplemenmts ever!! I dont want to become a big fat body builder. I jus wnna have a nice ripped built body. My weight never changes though. I'm 5'9 and 63kg. And from now it hasn't changed once. WHY?

no idea either means you lost a lot of fat and gain muscle ( muscle weight more than fat) or you havent gained or lost a thing

Good luck with it
