I have been hearing good things about this diet. Has any one tried it? Whats everyone's opinion. I need to put myself on a structured diet plan otherwise I am always cheating.

Dunno bout the abs diet, but I found a good way to structure my eating is to have an organized meal plan for every conceivable day. So for every conceivable variation between my job, college, and working out (morning, evening, job+wo, neither, just job, etc.) I have what time to eat what printed out. So if on Monday I have school in the morning, WO in the afternoon, and then cover the evening shift, I just simply flip to page 7 and there's my meal plan.

It's pretty anal, but works great for me.

I just picked up a copy of The Abs Diet because I read an excerpt from it in a magazine and wanted to know more - it looks like a very good eating plan, geared towards health and revving your metabolism. It really isn't much different than what most of us advocate here.

I picked up a copy myself, it looks really good. Stock up on groceries start Monday. I am going to stick to my own work out routine though.
