I am going for pure mass right now.My diet is pretty much spot on but its just my workout. I am aiming to workout on monday,tuesday,thursday and saturday.Here is a routine I compiled myself, any changes that should be made please say...
Monday- Chest and Triceps
Tuesday-Legs and Abs
Thursday- Shoulder and Triceps
Saturday-Biceps, Back, Abs and Calves
I don't know why so many folks choose to do accentuating muscles in the same workout. Nothing really wrong with it, but in my mind you are depriving yourself of gains by sapping strength to the second muscle in the workout. Antagonist muscle work is the best in my opinion for gaining mass.
