"No Pudge" Brownies.
All you need is a box of the mix. You can make a full batch or a single serving of the brownies. For a full batch of brownies, all you need is 2/3 cup of fat free vanilla (The only fat free vanilla with no fake sweeteners is from Stonyfield Farms) or plain yogurt.
bake for 34 minutes and you have Fat Free, 120 Calorie Brownies.
Side Notes:
1) If you use plain yogurt, you add teaspoon(?) of vanilla.
2) I add a few chocolate chips to have the melty gooey-ness I miss from real brownies
3) They come in many flavors. I actually prefer the raspberry.
