Mega whey protein gnc/ Creatine Gnc = 1 month 3 weeks 16 pounds. Worked out 3 times a week... No protein bars alot of chicken/steak /ribs.. And yogurt mixed with cottage cheese Yummy!!!!! also Glutamine from mega whey 5 grams.

What I use:

Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey
Biotest Grow! Low Carb MRP
Creatine - what ever name brand is on special and is just plain creatine monohydrate powder
Glutamine - same as creatine

Hey Mack, is it worth it to take more than 5g's of glutamine a day? Some of mine expires this month... Do you think it's a big deal?
