Is this what a girl should stick to to lose fat as well as gain lean muscle?
I guess the part I am mainly confused on is the combinations of P/F/C.....
Also I purchased some Whey Protein, Designer Brand.
I am planning on drinking this after workout on my weight lifting days. That would be one shake a day, 5 days a week, should I up it at all?
My ideal weight is 125, I am currently 137, I am 5'5 1/2....
FT Nutritional tracker says I should eat 1825cals a day.
Seems a bit high to me since I am also trying to lose some fat....
Oh and I can only workout a night. Before dinner, what should I eat before a workout?

in terms of your protein intake, base it on a daily level. take about 1/4 of your bodyweight in grams immediately post workout, and the rest spread evenly over your meals in the day. (for ex. if you weigh 200 lbs which you dont! so 50 grams post workout, and 30 grams over your other 5 meals in the day = 200 grams protein)
it is good to eat something slow burning before your workout, but not too much to make you feel sluggish. alot of people like oatmeal before their workout, personally, i have a pb and j sandwich and it suits me great.. lots of energy to finish my workout strong.

the only thing that changes between a man who desires mass-building and you is the quantity of those foods.
