Ok boys and girls, here is what sounds like the best possible way to lose weight, The Eat and actually lose more calories then you take in diet". Now i have heard commercials on this, and for some reason ,havent seen any posts about it. I would like some of you to inform me (if you please/could) What foods do this , and if this is true.

I guess they only tell you half of it. The other half would be to do cardio and weight training! :)
Did someone invent a miracle food?

To change it, or to create it, simply train it!

I see you are not getting many replies to this thread, and probably for good reason. This may be the type of thing you are hearing though. There are certain foods that elicit a thermic response, actually burn calories. Can you make a diet of them? I doubt it. Here are examples..Natural Thermogenesis – certain foods you eat elicit a thermogenic effect, thus causing your body to
burn more fat than one would expect from a caloric deficit alone. Concentrate on including these
foods in your nutrition plan.
a) Fruit with an excellent Thermogenic/Carbohydrate Ratio include: Apples, Blueberries, Grapefruit,
Peaches, Strawberries vs. Inferior Thermogenic Effect Fruits: Bananas, Dried Fruit, Raisins, etc.,
Watermelon
b) Thermogenic Vegetables: Asparagus, Broccoli, Cabbage, Celery, Lettuce, Mushrooms, Onions,
Radishes, Spinach, Tomatoes
Hope this helps some. I think the best idea would be to incorporate these foods into your diet. I know I saw an advertisement for a diet as you mentioned, the "negative calorie" diet. I find that hard to believe, but these foods may actually be as close as it gets.
