OATMEAL COOKIES BY SANDY
3/4 cup Real Butter
8 Tsp. Sugar Free Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Splenda
2 Whole Eggs
1/2 Cup Water
1 Tsp. Vanilla
4 TBS Shredded Coconut
1 cup Broken Walnuts
3 Cups Oatmeal (No Instant)
3 Scoops Cooking Whey
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
Pre-Heat your oven to 325. Cream the Butter and the Sugars together. Beat the eggs and add them to the sugar-butter mixture. Add the water and Vanilla and with a Hand Mixer blend the previous ingredients. It will look lumpy because water and Butter does not mix well togther, This is normal. Add the Cooking Whey and Oatmeal to the mixture. Fold in the goodies, Walnuts and Coconut. Drop by TBS on a cookie sheet and bake for 7 mins at 325 degrees.

At Christmas time I added Carob Chips in Some and I even used Shelled sunflower seeds. The kids loved them and didn't even know they were good for them.
