I'm trying to gain lean mass. I'm aware that I should be having somewhere around 200-300 cals (correct me if you think otherwise) over my maintenance level.
I worked out my upper body today, and yes, ate 200-300 cals over what my body needed. Also, I train very seriously for ballet daily (sundays off). Hopefully that won't hinder the recovery/growth of my muscles.
My question is this : Do I eat 200-300 cals over tomorrow also? Or should the increase in food only be on my actual workout day?
