Hello everyone. i just wanted to say hi and tell you all about myself. I'm 28 years old and a single mother of two, ages 4 & 1. I'm a shortie, 5'3 and I weigh 156 lbs. This is extremely uncomfortable for me to acknowledge. In the years BC, before children, I was about 125 lbs. and very athletic. Before I had my first baby, I got into a car accident and inured my knee. Surgery, sciatica and pregnancy have put a halt on my metabolism. Even just walking became unbearable. Soon I will have surgery to re-do what they "fixed" 6 years ago. I need to lose weight before I have the surgery because having been through it before, I know what I'm in for, weeks on crutches and months of rehab= pounds added to my butt! I am still somewhat active: gym, bike-riding, chasing and playing with my kids, but not nearly what I need to be. So, here I am, looking for people to help me with encouragement and advice to help me get where I need to be. Hope to be chatting with you all soon.
