I know I may sound stupid, but I am a tiny girl and I need to have some muscle to gain weight and need to build strenght. I am 5'3 and 94lbs and have been this way since high school. After 2 kids and a busy schedule, I don't exersize alot except running up and down my stairs at my house. Just need some tips before the summer comes since I live in Florida.....Cao:)

Give the folks a bit more info and you'll get some help. Your profile says you eat like a horse but I've known people that thought that and when you break it down, they don't get near enough calories. Posting what your nutritional intake is will help. Do you have access to any workout equipment at home or possibly belong to a gym?

Bigluvsangel you are one lucky woman!! you have the body that every woman wants. I'm 5'4" and used to weigh 113. Although at the time I thought I was too skinny. I realize now that I was wrong. And thats what is in. I now weigh 145. Not due to children but anti-depressants. If you just want to add muscle to your build and firm up. Athough I can't imagine anything being loose at 94lbs. I can't see it taking much. A little weight lifting,etc. I wouldn't recommend running up and down stairs since this will only cause you to lose more size. Do me a favor and pass some of that skinny over here. I will trade bodies anyday
