hey i'm a keen rugby player bit out of shape due to an injury and need a program to get me fit and fast any and all idea welcome

Hi i hope this helps.I use to play and also had my share of injure's.The best way to get fit fast is to do sprints.So what you do is on the rugby pitch start at the dead bal line jog to the try line then sprint to to 22 jog to halfe way sprint to 22 and so on.But remember the sprint must be full out.As you get better you can make the sprints longer eg:sprint dead ball line to 22 and then jog to half and then sprint to goal line and so on.Good luck and when you take a hard hit give one twice as hard back.
