The nutrition tracker gives different...

The nutrition tracker gives my 20 carbs(35g of oat) from oatmeat to about 80 calories.

But it is stated outside of the tin of oat that it gives me 125 calories per 35 g of oat which gives me 20 carbs.

Hope you understand what i mean.

So which is correct? or do i need to add the "left" out calories to my Nutrition tracker?

the label on the actual product is the truth(alledgedly)

But what are you buying? Read the ingredients and check is it oats or oatmeal or crushed oats or powdery porridge oats your buying... or an oat product with oats, sugar, stabiliser, e999, salt,modified starch etc... etc... ?
