The pump.

Now today I was doing chest and throughout the workout I was lifting heavy with good form, but I didnt feel the pump I usually do. I didnt change my pre-workout routine and drank plenty of water, but it didnt feel the same... Has this ever happend to anyone? Cause it didnt feel normal to me

Sometimes...but I can't really put my finger on what causes that. Lack of focus or stretching, maybe? Don't know. Although it hasn't happened in a very long time.

Sometimes there are workouts like that. Good form is a good thing, but try to throw on a little more weight, of course while keeping that good form. See how that works. Today I had a crappy workout, don't relly know why, but it happens.

Another way to get that good pump is to hit a machine for some high rep, medium weight sets. It helps if the machine mimics a DB bench so you can really focus on flexing the muscles during the movement you will have that good pump right afterwards.

How long have you been doing this workout..you may be becoming stale..do as jplatz says and do some high medium weight reps...in order to grow you shouldn't be doing the same thing over and over..many people search for the ultimate routine, and infact there isn't one because of your body's ability to adapt and it does so in approx 6 workouts. So if you work one body part once a week, then around 6 weeks you need to change your scheme to a variety of different approaches whether that be switching the order of your lifts, the reps, or even to partials, statics, and negatives...The ultimate routine is change, you body doesnt' know what's coming, fool it every time for constant growth.

Yeah i've been on this program for about 7 weeks, i think it might be time for a switch. right now for chest i am doing flat bench, db incline bench, flys and dips. what other excercises would you guys suggest to build up mass?? or should i just modify my tempo? right now i am doing a 2-1-3 with all compound movements and 2-0-4 otherwise.

This is what i like to do for My chest for my high repitition phases(only rest as long as it takes you to change the weights, approx. 30 seconds), Bench Press-3sets 8-12 reps..Incline Bench 3 sets 8-12 reps...Flat Bench Dumbell, 1 set 8-12 reps, 1 set 4-8 reps...Incline Dumbell Bench 1 set 8-12 reps, 1 set 4-8 reps...then I finish off with one set a dips at body weight till failure. I only do this once a week as it is a very demanding program, the pump is very immense- if done correctly you will notice a vast improvement from week one to week two...i hope some of this helps.
