I was just wondering what everyone's opinon on how to achieve the pump was, using high rep low wieght or low rep high wieght? Thanks for any help anyone can offer.

What exactly do you mean by the pump? The feeling you get when you work a muscle group really well and it is full of blood and lactic acid and swollen for a while after you work out? That can be achieved with heavy weight or low weight lots of reps, but the heavy weight will be more beneficial.
