Hey all you new people, and older ones too!!!
We all love this place called freetrainers, and it is awesome to share information with each other and help other people achieve their goals and find motivation and inspiration, isn't it
But one thing , folks - please check through Fit Buddy for posts relevant to your question before posting something that has been answered many many times.
Everyone is unique and has diferent issues, but you would be suprised at the number of questions that are asked repeatedly.
There are a lot of realy high quality responses in the past posts, not that new responses aren't high quality, but it becomes an issue of burnout for those of us who answer a lot of posts in-depth.
I know I love helping people, and many others here do too, so don't be put off by this post - but Fit Buddy is an awesome resouce and a good way to educate your self!!! Please use it to your advantage, and feel free to bump old posts that you find fascinating or relevant to newer questions you have seen posted.
Good luck to all of you, and stay motivated!!!

Absolutely. The fit buddy is invaluable. I use it all the time. However, I would try to use posts that are more current-say, within 1 year. I've noticed some changes in position from earlier posts on several topics. We all are learning all the time. Therefore, it is best to stay current.

I whole-heartedly agree. Welcome all new members. Please dont be put off by hearing any of us refer you to do a search for the info you need. There is so much info here that sometimes you will find out a lot more and get more variety in the answers by doing a search. If yo dont find what you need to know, then by all means ask, but try to be specific and give us all the facts about you first.
