Just thought you all might want to see what the ROCK eats each day. Ifyou are trying to bulk up you should try the ROCK's daily regimine.. It is in the latest copy of Mens health. Meal#1. 10 egg whites, scrambled, 3 servings cream of rice or 1 cup oatmeal, 3 rice cakes, 24oz water. Meal#2. 6-oz skinless grilled chicken breast, 1 cup grits, 6oz yams 1 cup steamed asparagus 24oz water. Meal#3. 6-oz water-packed tuna 1 Cup brown rice, 1 cup sliced cucumbers & 24oz water. Meal#4. 6-oz perch fillet 1 cup barley, 6-oz baked potato, 1 cup steamed green beans & 24oz water. Meal#5. 6-oz tenderloin 1 cup brown rice, 6-oz baked sweat potato, 1 cup peas, & 24 oz water. Meal#6. 10 eggwhites scrambled, 3 servings cream of rice or 1 cup oatmeal, & 24 oz water. This seems like a lot but man it sure sounds like it will put on some mass along with good workout regimine. Good luck!

It sounds good - if you are the size of the rock. You might cut it down a little to match your caloric neds. he certainly eats a lot of cream of wheat!

That's a heap of food, K. Sounds good, though. I can (almost) smell what the Rock is cookin'.

My roommate met the rock at a mall in nashville last week, and said the rock isn't nearly as big as they have him listed, or even as he looks. my roommate is almost 6'2 and he said the rock was maybe a very little bit taller than him, and didnt think he looked like he weighed over 245. Of course, he has lost weight the past couple years, since he hasn't been wrestling so much.

he is at about 220 now and i think he is off the juice.
I know someone who was standing behind Arnold at some event and said he isn't as tall as he says, either.

The Rock has gotten leaner over the past couple years. I think he is more than 220 though. I saw him at Wrestlemania last week. He looked to be in the 240's.
