Ive done searches on the board. I know many people don't advocate diet pills like Stacker2 or TrimSpa. I also notice that many people, who seem to be in great shape and devoted to exercise and healthy living can't get rid of the last few vanity pounds around their waste.
So, I was wondering if these diet pills would be effective for:
1. targeting fat to burn instead of muscle.
2. Could work in moderation to assist in losing the last 5-10 pounds that never seem to leave.

I'm not sure if it's intended for obese people, as much of the research I do on it seems to involve such clientele. I read that people were losing up to 5 pounds a week on trimspa for example, so I figure if I use this for about 2 weeks in moderation, I can perhaps have that fat burnt off.

The leaner you are, the more chance any of these have to work. In the end though, it is still due to dieting.
For a cheap diet pill that will work, look into green tea.

I drink green tea every morning with some frozen berries and lemon juice in it. Should I get special "diet" green teas that I've seen in the stores? A specific brand? And, what exactly does green tea do for fat burning anyway? Is it proven? How much tea should i drink?
As for the pills, I didn't know that the leaner you are the higher the efficiency is. That actually suprises me. I have a clean diet, but if taking a pill for 2 weeks will help my cutting, as the last few pounds always get me stuck (it's really hard for me to determine what to cut during this phase, as options are so few in regards to what carbs to consume etc. that I might wind up burning more muscle than I want, so I'm interested in trying these pills for a brief run if they work) I'll check it out. You recommend any or have any links I can check out?
