I work out evrey day with cardo an hour daily with the use of a cross trainer and bike and tread mill. I work out every day with weights doing one part of my body daily then another day. My prob. is the scale is the same every day for 2 months nothing more nothing less. I go every day thinking it will be differnt some day soon! I eat carefully but still nothing less. I can see the diff in my legs and arms but why am i not loosing pounds? Its hard to do this every day and no smaller numbers becouse i have so much to loose?

Sorry you are frustrated! I have learned that the best way to tell if you are getting results is not by the pounds but by how you look feel and how your clothes fit. Sounds like you are seeing results there! One thing to think about is that a pound of muscle weighs much more than a pound of fat. The fact that you are seeing the definition in your legs and arms is a start. The more muscle you build the more fat you burn, so stick with it! It takes a while to reach your goals but it is worth it!!!!
