Does anyone know if it's ok to take thermo-burst and creatine monohydrate together? Or maybe Crea-Stack with thermo-burst.

I think I would avoid doing so, since Thermo burst is a thermogenic, don't know off hand the ingredients, but I am sure there is quite a bit of caffine. This will react negatively with creatine consumption which requires lots of water to help.

I was also thinkin maybe I could switch every other day. Takin thermo burst one day and then the creatine another. Any opinions on which is better... creatine monohydrate or crea-stack?

That would probably not be the best bet. You should take creatine daily.

If anything, I would take the thermoburst on days only when I felt the need if I were going to use them.

Just curious, what is your training experience level?

I've been running and lifting for about 6 months and i'm tryin to get more slim and loose some fat and also build some muscle. I was hoping that I could find somethin to help me with my goals because I really wanted to get in shape for track. I've never used any supplements before.

yeah, I tend to agree. You can't be anywhere near your potential yet. Get your diet and training in order. Using a supplement too soon will not really do you any good, you won't even know if it worked (and no supplement will give you any gains without proper diet).

Mixing those 2 supplements would actualy be defeating each own's purpose.
Couldn't agree more...get some good quality whey isolate (protein) and eat right.
