I posted a question the other day about a thermogenic called "Xenadrine." Now I'm looking at another one called "Thermogenic Serum" by Muscle Marketing USA. A friend of mine bought it but decided he didn't what it, so he's trying to sell it to me. I don't exactly trust this guy. He may have already used it up and just peed in the bottle, but it's a blue liquid, so I don't think so :0)Anyway, the point is I'm trying to find out if it's any good: no ephedrine, no side effects, 100% soluble, instant absorption, one dosage just before working out only.

I tried their creatine serum and that didn't work! So, I could only recommend the stuff I've tried...which are Hydroxycut and Animal Cuts. By far, I would highly recommend Animal Cuts.

Good luck!

A friend of mine is taking animal cuts right now and loves it... would it be something for a female to take or should I stick to hydroxycut?

Thanks, I think I might give it a shot. It is a little cheaper than hydroxycut too.
