Has anyone used thermogenics, like Hot-Rox or Redline, and if so have they worked or is this just another freakish fad?

Thermogenics do work by the very nature, thermogenisis. Some are better than others of course. But, they do not work like the advertisers would have you believe. You will not magically shed fat...correct diet is necessary. Thermogenics can assist you, but normally show the best effect when diet is working well, and you are already fairly lean.

I was considering trying them, not sure which, but wasn't sure if I'd have better luch just flushing $30 down the toilet. I have changed my diet, not gone on a diet, and have gone from 235 to 216 in 2 months so I am also not sure I need them; just looking for a little extra help.
Thanks for the response, I have read other posts from you and trust your input.

With correct diet, again some of these can help. But, the word here is "help". If your diet is sound, and you are exhibiting energy expenditure, then they will help. Again, the body becomes accustomed to many of these, so I am of the mind that the later in your weight loss regimine you invoke their use, the more beneficial they will be.
