I am competing in a pageant in two weeks and I have/am working hard and dieting like crazy. I am a female, 130lbs, 5'7. And my body is in ok shape, but I am looking to take to a more toned look. My stomach is ok, but my thighs are what need the most help. Any tips that will help?
