to work my thighs i sort of press myself against the wall and pretend to sit on an imaginary chair. i hold this position for a about 5 mins and by this time my legs are really shaking and shivering, without me being able to stop it. i get really good results with this exercise, only i find it hard to keep myself motivated to do it, becoz those 5 mons are really hell! :) after the exercise i have to lie on the floor for about 5 mins becoz i can't get up! lol
anyone here done this be4?

Now what are you looking for? You will not get muscle mass out of this exercise, endurance and nice defined muscles you might get yes but you need to include heavy squats to really change something.
lol no wonder why it's hard to motivate yourself to do! Why not do 5 times 1 minute instead?

oh i think i missunderstood the concept of muscle building...
isn't it much harder for your muscles if you do 5 mins in one go rather than 5 times 1 min?
