What's the best exercise to get rid or that extra bit on the thighs? I need an exercise that will work fast and extremely well!

Lunges work great time. Gives you a grrrrreeeat beautiful stretch and deep squats gives you a tough bum!
You got only 4 weeks? Forget all the little "smart" exercises and go only for these two........ Good luck!

Squats and lunges are great for shaping the legs but if you store fat on your thighs (like me) it's going to take cardio and diet to lean them out!

squats and lunges are evil..but I must admit, they do work. And yeah, like Jessica said, use cardio to get rid of that fat.

I am doing a modeling show next month, it's a runway bathing suit show. I am fairly toned and in shape, but I want to be as toned as I can possible be in the next 4 weeks, so I look great walking down that runway!

Actually lunges and squats are good but i agree with tarab because depending on your body time meaning you may have the type of body that bulks up you are already naturally muscled or ect. first thing is to know your body type i do squats and lunges but not with weights they tend make my legs bigger instead of leaner i do leg pressee with i high reps and seated curls and then i do restiance trainging on the floor tends to work better foor me ...all programs work really and truely you just have to test and see wha tworks good for your body type
