There is an at-home program here - go to the top of the screen and click on 'exercise program' fill out the questions and it will generate a no equipment workout for you.
Start out gradually, since you just had a baby, you don't want to overdo it. Walking is one of thebest, no-equipment, free exercises out there. put the baby in a stroller and get moving.
You can do bodyweight squats, lunges, lying leg lifts, squeeze a ball inbetween your thighs, many many different exercises you can do. Cardio and a good eating plan will help you lose weight.
