Hello-
So I am 22 years old 5'4" and weigh 134. My senior year of college I gained 20 lbs and it took me the past year to lose 10 lbs by doing cardio 4x a week, body pump, weights and spin class. However, I feel like that is bogus. I feel like no matter how much I do I don't really see a change. My last 15 pounds is all in my butt and thighs. I have no problem working out hard. Anyone, know how I can get rid of these pounds for good! I am sick 45 min cardio sessions and weights with no significant results! Thanks

Try improving your diet. What you are doing is not going to improve unless hyou change up your diet.
Keep track of what you put in your mouth and after a week do a little verification. Cut out the crap.
-------------- Patience, persistence and perspiration make an unbeatable combination for success.

As Ivan says cut out the processed foods, i.e saturated fats, salt, etc, eat more fibre, citrus fruits and keep up the cardio, also alcohol must be cut to a minimum. Home cooked foods are not only the best nutritionally but also taste as well. hope this helps.
