HI!!!! I am having a terrible time leaning/toning up my inner thigh area. I never had this problem until I turned 27! What can I do to focus on the correct muscles? I naturally have a very athletic build- legs tend to bulk up-I hate this! Also, need advice on toning up the glutes and making them appear rounder.
Welcome to FT christy! I am assuming you are already an active person. From what I hear lunges are really good for your glutes. FT has a thigh and glutes program you might want to give a try. Also, if you go to the muscle and fitness hers site, I think they have some exercises for targeting your thighs/glutes.
