My answer: Sprints. Sprints are great for cardio, improved vasularity, and nice definition - all in one excercise. Go outside and measure 40 yards, 75 yards, and 100 yards. Do a brisk jog for a warm-up, run 4 to 6 40-yard sprints, 4 75-yarders, and 2 100's with only 30-60 seconds rest between each run. No jogging; run your flat-out fastest every time. Do this 2 to 3 times per week. I guarantee awesome results within a month.
