This is a bit silly, but maybe there is a trainer who can give me advice. I am a woman lucky enought to gain muscle tone VERY easily. I don't really need to work out very much, except for purposes of health. I love my legs the most when I don't work out, they are curvy yet thin. When I work out they bulk up way to much..Is there workout that I can do that would slim them and kepp them thin and not bulky?
