alright over the next 4 months id like to accomplish this figured i needed to set some goals figuring i do everything right w/average genetics
1. add around 25 lbs some fat most 5lbs i know its not very realistic to not expect to gain some fat while bulking
2. increase bench by 60 lbs
3 add 1 inch to arms
4 increase deadlift by 65 lbs
5. add 80 lbs to lat pulldown
so are these set to high? just curious thnks:dumbbell:

For starters adding 25 lbs (20 in muscle) in 4 months will probably not happen with out pharmaceutical help ;)

You can definitely get stronger in ALL your movements, but to what extent it difficult to answer, especially with limited info.

Eat right, lift heavy things, rest and repeat and you will continue to grow and make progress. Good luck and go Steelers !!!!!

Your body isn't PHYSICALLY capable of building that much muscle(unless like KA said you receive pharmaceutical help) I'd say 4 lbs of muscle a month is pretty reasonable though if you're workin your butt off and eating alot. but you'd prolly gain a little more fat then you're shootin for

After football season last year, I went from weighing 207 in December '07 to 238 in March '08 - a very solid 31 pounds - all without 'pharmacutical help.' I have also increased my deadlift by 105lbs in 8 months. I've always been all natural and I always will be. I focused on diet and training that works for my body. I've finally learned how to eat to reach my goals.

As a side note... I did not train much at all last football season. In fact, I had dropped 11 pounds (from August to December). When I began training consistantly again in December, I grew like crazy. Muscle memory is a wonderful thing...
