Its made by eas its called Phosphagen HP, any 1 tried it or know if it is clean creatine german made or what not????

As far as I know, EAS' creatine is not the Creapure brand creatine out of Germany.

No, its not German. I bought a container of Phosphagen (I think they call it Simply Creatine now - just creatine, no sugar added) about 4 months ago. When I opened it, it had a yellow tint and was as coarse as sand. I called their 800 number, but the guy insisted that it was OK. I ended up taking it anyway, but learned my lesson. I bought Labrada creatine this last time and I love it. The powder is so fine that it dissolves very easily in any drink you may have. Since then I've really come to trust Labrada products.
