Hi I'm new and small: 5'2 and only 101 lbs... I want to gain wait get buff  whatnot lol. But I am wondering if this program is really worth doing. I have tried about 3 other workouts, but none of those really helped me. Will this one work? Of course, I am willing to put in tons of effort 100% stuff like that. I'm just wondering if it's really worth it. :(

It works if you want it too... If you put in 100% effort, you'll get results... if you just kinda 'do' it, you'll get no where...

Welcome to FT!

The amount your willing to sacrifice is directly proportional to your desire for success. You have to make sacrifices to make this work, but it will be worth it in the end. Train hard!!

If you're looking to gain then eat good healthy food about 500 calories over your maintenance calories (# of calories it takes to maintain your weight).

Otherwise yes the programs on here do work very well. They're not the typical fad diets that you see on the infomercials or magic pills for this and that, but they're traditional and proven information combined with a great team, to offer you the best and most successful ways to get to where you want to be.

Hang out on the forums and read up a lot. Fill out your profile with your goals and if you have a question use the "fitBuddy" search at the bottom of each forum page...if you still have questions and can't find it there let us know we'll help you out whenever possible.
