im a 13 year old boy who is not verry strong and im already can feel the differince this sight is amazing :big_smile:

Just remember that you're still growing bud. Don't kill yourself on the weight bench. But seriously, congrats on taking a step toward something that will improve your life for many years to come!

Focusing on weights is probably not a good idea for you yet. Work with a ball and do alot of core, stability exercises and jogging. You don't want to stunt your growth do you?

I started lifting at age 13. It will not stunt your growth.

How do you know you wouldn't have been taller? Or had better joint development? I've always heard that lifting heavy young can stunt growth and/or lead to problems later on life that are attributed to lifting heavy while your body is developing. It puts ALOT of un-needed stress on developing joints.
