Hey guys..I just wanted to run this by some people. Why? cause..thats why..Well ive been in the gym on and off for the past two years now but not until december have i really been goin religiously every other day up till a about 3 weeks ago where i changed my schedule around and go everyday..Ive been working really hard and the work is really starting to show. I feel better about myself and my girlfriend loves the lean muscle that i gained. Which to serve as a barometer last year about this time i was 155 and now im about 175. But this month i really want to be an explosive month..Im gonna start on Nitrix which my workout partener has been on nad ive seen some nice results.. Im also gonna add some new exersices in but does anyone have any other ideas that can help me make this month of mine a really powerfull one but not kill my wallet..College kills it enough on me...Thanks guys...O and if your wondering what i eat...My calorie intake per day is pretty high i noticed and i always make sure i try to avoid fatty foods but try to eat high protien..tuna chicken eggs that sorta stuff....
